• Transmit enquiries promptly to our counterparts situated in the collection country to initiate the quotation process.
• Collaborate closely with counterparts to obtain accurate and competitive prices for the requested import services.
• Upon confirmation of business terms, engage proactively with counterparts to orchestrate seamless cargo collection from the shipper's designated warehouse or port of loading.
• Entrust the responsibility of cargo clearance and delivery to Al Tawseel's appointed clearing agent upon its arrival in Qatar, ensuring compliance with all regulatory procedures and timely delivery to the customer's specified warehouse or delivery point.

Operations:

• Field comprehensive export enquiries from customers, meticulously documenting cargo volume, weight, and urgency to determine optimal dispatch methods.
• Strategically evaluate various dispatch options based on cargo specifics, considering airfreight or sea freight depending on factors such as volume, weight, and delivery urgency.
• Directly liaise with airlines or shipping liners to obtain transparent and competitive pricing for the desired export services.
• Present detailed quotations to customers, facilitating clear communication and understanding of costs, and coordinate efficient cargo pickup from the customer's loading point.
• Delegate export customs clearance tasks to Al Tawseel's proficient clearing agent in Qatar, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and facilitating smooth transfer of cargo to the export desk.
• Supervise the meticulous execution of cargo movement according to predetermined schedules, guaranteeing timely dispatch to the designated destination while upholding service excellence and reliability throughout the export process.

Export:

• Receive export enquiries from customers, attentively capturing specific requirements and preferences to streamline the export process.
• Assess and determine the most suitable dispatch mode based on cargo characteristics, prioritizing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and delivery urgency.
• Provide detailed quotations to customers, outlining all relevant costs and coordinating seamless cargo pickup from their designated loading point.
• Oversee export customs clearance procedures in Qatar, guaranteeing compliance with all regulatory requirements and facilitating the smooth transfer of cargo to the export desk for onward shipment.
• Monitor and manage the timely movement of cargo to its destination, adhering to predetermined schedules and maintaining communication with customers to ensure a smooth and satisfactory export experience.
